The minimum cleaning charge is €20. Any transport charges are added to this minimum.
Drop off and collect your carpets yourself for a 20% discount. The minimum after this discount is €16.
Runners are charged per linear metre at the rate for their material.
Discounts and benefits cannot be combined unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise.
Carpets: up to 3 m wide and 6 m long. Runners: up to 9 m long.
Storage is charged at €2 per day under the published terms, after three unsuccessful delivery contact attempts or when storage is requested.

Call +382 67 025 390, message us on Viber or send an enquiry. Have your address, number of carpets and approximate sizes ready. We will confirm the appointment with you.
How long does carpet cleaning take?
The estimated turnaround on our current website is 24–72 hours. We confirm the exact timing when booking, depending on the material and workload.
How do I get the Royal Club discount?
Register for a 10% ongoing discount, then confirm your email address to increase it to 20%. Registration and membership status are available through the existing Royal Club portal.
How does the free seventh wash work?
After six paid washes, the seventh is free for up to six carpets, including collection and delivery. Additional carpets are charged at the standard rates.
